Shipping

All objects are carefully packaged and shipped via insured courier. Most pieces are made to order and ship within 3–4 weeks of acquisition.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. We ship worldwide.

Tracking information is provided once your piece ships. No rush options—these objects are worth waiting for.

Returns

If an object arrives damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

For other returns: pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A 10% restocking fee applies to cover material costs.

Made-to-order pieces with custom specifications cannot be returned unless damaged.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
